 We  breed multigenerational low-mid content wolfdogs (up to maximum 50% wolf content). We no longer offer high content wolfdogs for private homes due to their very specific  complex needs and the scarcity of truly qualified homes. I will elaborate more on this decision and why you should reconsider if you are searching for a high content wolfdog. The low contents we breed which are below  50%  wolf content  still possess an exotic wolfy appearance, but are much more compatible and easier to manage for private owners who have taken the time to research and become properly prepared for this commitment.  Understand that owning a wolfdog is a long term commitment that can last up to 15-20 years. Rehoming if you decide it is not working out or is too difficult for whatever reason can be traumatic for them, as they bond closely to their family. Therefore, take your time, don't rush, and make sure to really educate yourself about what you are committing to and be prepared to see this commitment through. We have an application process which is thorough to ensure we are matching our puppies to compatible and responsible homes that are capable and qualified to meet their needs. Low contents are suitable for first time owners for the purpose of companionship or for families that live in more densely populated areas. Low contents are also much easier to manage and are more appropriate for indoors. Our screening process and requirements differ depending on the wolf content and pair selected.  

During puppy season, we take time away from our full time jobs to commit entirely to the raising, care, and socialization of our puppies. We are committed to sending home a social, confident, healthy puppy. Our puppies leave with health certificates, embark tests, applicable vaccinations complete regular deworming, microchip, and our puppy owners are able to participate in phase 1 of Tony Nila's Cognitive Development program to ensure the best start. Our puppy owners will have the support and guidance they need to succeed. We are involved with our puppy owners for life. Our adult breeders are health and genetic tested.

***NOTICE*** Our 2026 Lower Mid Content litter will be our final litter for the foreseeable future. The reason for this decision is simply due to the fact that the number of qualified homes out there at this time are scarce, and there is a high volume of wolfdogs being bred by various wolf dog breeders. There is currently not enough good homes to sustain the volume produced by breeders at this time. Rescues are full. While our puppies never end up in rescue or shelter since we always take them back, we feel that pausing our breeding program is the most appropriate decision we can make at this time.    

LOW/MID CONTENT

Our low contents pups which consist of 20%-49% wolf content and are more appropriate for less experienced homes that meet our ownership requirements and want a wolfdog with less intense behavior than upper mids or high contents. Low contents are also much better candidates for residential neighborhoods and better suited for indoors & outdoors than high contents (which prefer to be outdoors only). A back yard fence that is 6 feet high with provisions to prevent digging out is usually adequate to contain low contents. Please take the time to browse our site and learn more about our program.

Regardless of the type of pup you are interested in, we have an application process that is lengthy to ensure our pups are compatible with potential owners. Please see our Puppy Application page if you are ready to begin the process of being added to the waitlist. Proceeds from the sale of our pups are donated to our non-profit wildlife conservation and educational exhibition. Those who purchase a puppy from us are supporting our cause, and you are supporting a breeding program that is committed to the well being of each pup we produce for life. We microchip the puppies that we breed to us, with the new owner as a secondary contact. This way if our puppy ever gets out or finds itself in the hands of animal control, we are notified and can take action immediately to get the puppy back. Our puppies will never end up in a shelter. We never pressure anyone into purchasing a puppy and encourage well thought out and educated decisions. 

Our puppies are sold with NO BREEDING RIGHTS. 

We have a strict requirements which all potential buyers must meet  to ensure they are a good fit prior to accepting their deposit. All buyers are contractually obligated to return the pup to us if they can no longer keep the animal at any age or point of its life. We are here for support and advice, even to those who need help with a pup that they didn't buy from us. We welcome you to come meet us and our animals in person. We are also here to educate and train those who are interested in learning how to handle or care for these amazing animals.

If you are looking to purchase a wolfdog puppy, we encourage you to do your research about this breed  before starting the process with ANY BREEDER. Deposits are not refundable. We make this abundantly clear in multiple locations of our website, on our application, and especially on our contract. A deposit is a commitment.   If you are not 100% ready, or committed to purchasing one of our pups, then please do not sign our contract and send the deposit until you are.

We never pressure anyone into committing to us and encourage you to explore your options, do your homework, and make sure you are ready for the commitment prior to sending your deposit.

BREEDING RIGHTS

Our puppies are sold for companion/ pet purposes only.  Our puppies are sold with NO BREEDING RIGHTS. We may choose to make rare exceptions for professional facilities who are qualified, experienced, proven  to be ethical, and meet our criteria for breeding rights. Breeding rights come at an additional cost. We will not approve you for breeding rights unless we know who you are and are familiar with your breeding practices. IF you are the rare exception, then we would provide an addendum to our contract authorizing breeding rights. Without this addendum, no rights will be granted. We have amended our contract to require spay or neuter by the age of 2 years. 

PUPPY PROTOCOL

We pull our pups at 10 days to bottle feed. Our pups are raised indoors 100% of the time and are with us and around our cats/other animals 24/7, as we handle them constantly throughout the day. We ensure they get regular introductions to different people, men/women/children. We desensitize our pups to many different sounds and movements including television, vacuum, blender, dogs barking, radio, leaf blower, and much more. Besides being handled and socialized regularly, here is what you can expect purchasing one of our pups:

1. Deworming from two weeks of age every two weeks until pickup. 

2. First 2 vaccinations 

3. Microchip- The microchip has our details as well so we are notified if the pup escapes. We will act to keep our pups out of shelters.

4. Health Certificate and fecal test. We contractually guarantee the health of our pups.

5. Embark DNA test included

6. Youll get regular updates and photos on the puppy until pickup date.

7. We do health testing including hips & elbows on our huskies and low-mid contents for breed specific conditions commonly seen in GSD or Siberian Huskies. We are in process of testing and completing X Rays on our younger animals.

8. We provide lifelong support to the owners of our pups and are available to assist owners by providing advice and training tips for the duration of the pups life. Owners of our pups are contractually obligated to return the pup to us if they can no longer keep it at any point of its life.

Please note, we guarantee the health of our pups. Our pups leave with a cleared vet check and we do fecal test on our litters to check for parasites etc. Buyers are given 48 hours to take their puppy to their own vet for an examination. Once the puppy leaves our care and out of our control we are no longer responsible for their condition unless there is a health condition discovered by your veterinarian in that 48 hour window after leaving our care and is determined to be pre existing. 

PRICES

Our prices range from $2,500-$5,000 depending on the litter and wolf content chosen. A non-refundable deposit for $1,000 reserves your puppy, which will only be collected once our prescreening process is complete.

If you can't afford our prices, kindly move on. We provide our pups with the very best and we invest a ton of time and money into their care, diet, and veterinary costs. We invest thousands into our permits and health testing of the parents. Our overhead will not even be covered with prices under $2,500. Our program produces the very best quality pups with sound temperament and good health. You get what you pay for.

4. HOMEOWNERSHIP- Must own your own home/ property. No renters, apartments, or condos allowed.

5. DIET- We require all our animals to have raw incorporated in their diet. Kibble must be one of our approved  high quality grain free brands

6. CONTAINMENT- we require owners of our low contents to ensure adequate fence to enclose their yard or property. There must be barrier to prevent digging out with concrete or dig guards. Fence must be minimum height of 6 feet.  9 gauge chain link is the best option. Brick walls are also acceptable. Please do not make modifications before speaking with us first.

7. NO INFANTS OR TODDLERS-  We are willing to consider homes that have older children on a case by case basis.

8. If for any reason you cannot keep the pup at any point of it's life, the pup must come back to us, you must agree not to re-home, take him to a shelter/ sanctuary, or sell the pup to a 3rd party. The pup must come back to us to stay or we will assist in finding a good qualified permanent home.  There will not be a refund. This is explained in the contract found in this website. 

9.  Must be involved in Tony Nila's Canine Cognitive Development Program, or enrolled in a puppy training program which uses positive reinforcement only. Our puppy owners get access to phase 1 of Tony Nila's program for free!

Our requirements are not limited to what is listed above. However, if you meet these requirements for our high or low contents, then you are a good candidate for moving forward with completing our application and starting the process of reserving a pup!
